At NIITROX Science, we aim to provide customers with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process applicable to order cancellations, returns and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting NIITROX Science through our official WhatsApp number or support email.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may be required to follow the applicable return process.

If an eligible cancellation is approved before dispatch, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to the applicable payment-processing timelines.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, returns are accepted only when the product meets the applicable return conditions.

A product may be considered eligible for return when:

  • The product has not been used.

  • The product has not been opened or tampered with, where applicable.

  • The original packaging is intact.

  • The product is returned in a genuine and resalable condition.

  • All original components, labels and packaging are retained.

  • The return request is raised through our official customer-support channels.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used may generally not be eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or another remedy is required under applicable law.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Order number.

  • Customer name.

  • Registered mobile number/email address.

  • Product name.

  • Reason for return.

  • Relevant photographs or videos, where requested.

Our customer-support team will review the request and confirm whether the product qualifies for return.

4. Return Verification

Once the returned product reaches NIITROX Science, the product will be inspected.

The return must be genuine and satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.

If the returned product has been used, opened, damaged due to customer handling, altered, tampered with or is otherwise not in an acceptable return condition, NIITROX Science may reject the return request, subject to applicable law.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and accepted by NIITROX Science, the applicable refund will be initiated.

The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date the returned product is accepted by NIITROX Science.

The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway or financial institution.

Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method used for the purchase, wherever technically and legally possible.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery;

  • Defective;

  • Incorrectly delivered; or

  • Materially different from the product ordered,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible through WhatsApp or email.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging details, order information or other evidence to assess the issue.

After verification, NIITROX Science may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, refund or another remedy as applicable.

7. Refund Exclusions

A refund may not be available for a product where:

  • The product has been used or opened without an eligible defect or issue.

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • The product has been altered or tampered with.

  • The customer is unable to return the eligible product in the required condition.

  • The return does not meet the conditions of this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Shipping Charges on Returns

Where a return is approved because the product was defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law, the applicable return-shipping arrangements will be communicated by our customer-support team.

For other approved returns, any applicable shipping or return charges, if any, will be communicated to the customer before the return is processed.

9. Promotional and Combo Orders

Products purchased as part of a promotional offer, discount, bundle or combo may be subject to specific return and refund conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

Where a refund is applicable to a promotional or combo order, the refund amount may be calculated based on the applicable promotional pricing and the products being returned.

10. Non-Delivery or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to NIITROX Science because the customer provided an incorrect address, was unavailable to receive the order, refused delivery or otherwise caused the delivery to fail, the customer may need to contact customer support for further assistance.

Any refund in such circumstances will be considered in accordance with the applicable order and shipping conditions.
